Saguenay Canada Weather

With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, the weather in Las Vegas is perfect for vacation plans. The weather in Saguenay is far too cold at this time of year to be pleasant for warm travelers, but it is still a great destination for winter vacationers.

The unique geography of the Arctic leads to unique weather patterns that reappear year after year in the region. The low winter temperatures characteristic of Saguenay are caused by a combination of factors such as high latitude, high altitude and high pressure.

This is often the best time to ski in Saguenay at all, especially after December 17th, when fresh powder is deep. I would argue that April is the fair weather month of the year, closely followed perhaps by October. There is not too good winter weather.

The coldest day of the year was January 29, with an average low of 3AdegF and a high of 14AdegaF. Quebec is the snowiest province in Canada, and Saguenay tops the list with 134 inches of snow this year. Compare this to last year, when 50.4 inches of snow fell and the snow melted.
